The Best Synergy Tactics

The synergies I use in my life can make anyone feel like they are the smartest person in the world. It will appear as if you’re a multitasking freak, who actually invented the word productivity because you’re so efficient. Now you may be wondering what the heck am I talking about? If you use synergies in life I believe it will make things easier for you in general. The reason I use the best synergy tactics is because I want to save time, feel productive, and get sh!t done off my long checklist.

Strategic synergies are very fulfilling to me, and if done daily it will supercharge your day towards getting tasks completed. I enjoy it when things get done and I am able to check off a goal.

Money and Relationships

Money and Relationships

I recently wrote an article based on the money and looks topic, and it was a received well. Now we are going to continue the theme, but this time with a listicle of random facts solidifying why money has a greater weighting in relationships. The moral of this post doesn’t mean money is everything, but it just puts things in perspective to see the facts as to why money is so important in today’s world. Money and relationships go hand and hand, and if your perceived to not have any mula, the dates will dry up like the Sahara Dessert.

I cant fathom how or why our culture is shifting so far into money being a prerequisite to dating someone. Hey if you have millions and look physically unappealing, I know for a fact that you can get a model to date you. If someone drives a fancy car it is assumed that the driver is well off. If you travel constantly and post Yolo all over Instagram, you’ll probably get more than a few invitations to date.

Its about time we ask a serious question. What do you love more – The Money or the Relationships?

Uber Tried to Hire this Guy.

Side hustle topics and podcasts are all over the internet to help people find a way to make extra income. But how do you really start today to get some extra dough without killing yourself with an immense number of hours added on top of your weekly work load. Most of us have a 9-5 consuming the bulk of our time every day, so if your day is flexible maybe you can hustle and bustle your way to make surplus money.

How you can make $500 extra dollars next month well that depends on your abilities, skills, and dedication to get out and make it happen. Why would you want to build another income source? Because its a good idea to diversify income away from 1 source and into multiple sources. As of right now I have 3 sources of income and I am I looking to increase it every year. Those with 5 income sources or more are in a position to presumably avoid financial risk due to the diversification of total income. If 1 income gets eliminated the person can fall back on the 4 others to pick up the slack. See Below for a few ideas on how to add another income source.

Personal Finance Contradictions

Personal finance contradictions
What Personal Finance Contradictions have you Witnessed Recently?

Every day I tend to focus on personal finance topics and random social media snippets that my eyes happen to catch for a brief moment. I’ve noticed a theme and its a bit funny and comical at times. The personal finance contradictions have me wondering will we ever change? I mean if we are humans who can recognize things and study if a behavior is not serving us appropriately, shouldn’t we (stop the presses) so to speak.

I am all for living a fun life but to live that life with personal finance contradictions is totally laughable. We all make blundering mistakes from time to time but lets make an attempt to learn from them in order to supersede past them. If you take a few moments before making a personal finance contradiction, it will thoroughly assist your mental state of mind to revert back to what is the beneficially right for your money management strategy.

If it would serve you best for me to post a few examples of the personal finance contradictions I’ve witnessed in the past 6 months should I? I guess I am second guessing if discussing others so called fun filled life, while living financially risky is worth while for anyone to read. Oh well Let’s just do it and make light of it and I’ll let you be the judge of that.

The Best Deal Purchased

The Best Deal Purchased
This LG TV is a Great Buy!

I want to discuss the time I hustled my way into the best deal purchased. It happened recently and I’ve been meaning to share it with all of you. There’s so many ways people can spend money and we all do, but how many times can you share how much money you saved during a purchase?

This deal was so good, that I had to write about the best consumer deal ever. Yes I spent money, but when you break it down, I saved a lot off the total retail price for the goods. It is amazing how much you can knock off with a little effort and planning. I will admit that I priced shopped for these products for a few weeks, and when I saw the deal I jumped on it real quick.

Nordstrom’s Stock

Nordstrom’s Stock

Hey did you know that Nordstrom’s stock is a dividend payer? I was recently asked what I thought about Nordstrom’s stock and if it’s a good value right now. Given the fact that the market has been frothy aka yuppie word for high, I will try to give it a fair valuation. The company is in the Apparel and accessories sector & industry and was founded in 1901. They operate about 300 retail stores mostly in US, (about 6 in Canada) and have several websites under different brand names. Even though I assume most of the products from those websites will come from Nordstrom’s inventories. The websites are Hautelook, Trunkclub, and Nordstromrack.com. I assume they will have continued success with those websites as the popularity of online shopping increases. Nordstrom’s is expanding faster into the Nordstrom’s Rack name brand, and my guess is because they desire to offer cheaper outlet based priced products and gain market share in that space.

The Long Journey towards Financial Freedom

The Long Journey towards financial freedom
The Long Journey towards Financial Freedom

As we have come to realize a journey must be taken to achieve anything in life, including the long journey towards financial freedom. What is the freedom I am talking about or writing about to you today? Many of you must be thinking, I have plenty of freedom in my life at this moment. But in reality 70-85% of all Americans do not have the freedom to do as they please on any given day. From the time we are school aged to the time we hit retirement we are in some level of bondage. WOW did Rich Uncle EL just use the word bondage to describe how our modern society operates? Yes I did because after working in corporate America for over 10 years, I clearly have seen and read the facts facing the struggles of modern age society.

Be like this Savvy Bird and save 20%

OK now I know most people in the financial news media, repeat and regurgitate the save 10% of all income all the time. But I say forget that; let’s do the best we can today. Let’s begin to save at least 20% of all income for life. Who wants to join the 20% savings club? Well if you’re asking and I’m telling, it means all of us should join the club. If you make 1,000 or 25,000 dollars a month it really doesn’t matter, let’s set aside 20% based off income for life. The strategy will be a bit different from the norm, as you will take 10% in pre-tax savings, like 401K accounts or Roth IRA’s, and the other 10% in after tax savings like a brokerage account. Who wants to join the 20% savings club? (Everybody Should)
